Congratulations to the 45th Annual Ginny Award Winners!

On Saturday, June 7^th, Slidell Little Theatre honored the actors, directors and other artists with awards for the 2013-14 season.  The big winner was the season opener, “Seussical” directed by Scott Sauber.  

 Congratulations to everyone for their award-winning work.

The winners are:

Ham Award:  Steven Kirkpatrick, as the half-man/half-alligator “Duck Hunter Shoots Angel” (no photo availble)

Best Female Supporting Actress in a Play:  Nicole Wilson, Mrs. Riley “Radium Girls”

Best Male Supporting Actor in a Play:  Stephen Cefalu, as Duwell Early “Duck Hunter Shoots Angel”

Best Supporting Female Actress in a Musical:  TIE:  Lisa Meredith, City Her “Gifts of the Magi” and Madelyn Thomassie, Mazie LaBird “Seussical”

Best Supporting Male Actor in a Musical:  Josh St. Cyr, Cat in the Hat “Seussical” (accepted by Scott Sauber)

 

Best Female in a Musical:  TIE:  Jessica Stubbs, Della “Gifts of the Magi” and Melanie St. Cyr, Gertrude McFuzz “Seussical” (accepted by Scott Sauber)

Best Male in a Musical:  Matthew Brown, Fred Graham/Petruchio “Kiss Me Kate”

Best Female in a Play:  TIE:  Deborah Morrell, Martha “Arsenic and Old Lace” and Rachel Roy, Grace Fryer “Radium Girls”

Best Male in a Play:  Allen Bryant, Mortimer Brewster “Arsenic and Old Lace”

Best Marquee:  Valerie Morgan “Radium Girls”

Best Choreography:  Tara Brewer “Seussical” (accepted by Scott Sauber)

Best Sound Design:  Bryan Reilly “Radium Girls”
